Quintessential Southern Bar-b-que. This unassuming little joint is making outstanding Carolina comfort food and is absolutely worth a visit. We came hungry and tried everything we could. Everything is delicious, and their mustard sauce is magical. Definitely get the greens. The hash and rice were a new experience for us, and now we don't understand how it isn't served at every BBQ joint. The fried chicken is the best we've had since momma made it over the stove in her cast iron. Ribs? Oh yeah. Pulled pork. You better believe it. I'm glad we live on the west coast, or I'd be here for 3 a day.

Been wanting some BBQ for a while so I decided to look up a few places in Columbia, after coming across this place online I decided to go check it out with my boyfriend over lunch and to my surprise the reviews on this place were on point. I had hash,rice, pull pork and mac n cheese it was so good. We will most definitely go there to eat again. I gave 4 stars and not 5 my tea could have been better but all in all good place to try out.

This is a little restaurant in a shopping plaza that you might be tempted to pass by ..... DON'T! Three of us went in together and got three different meals which were all delicious. And, the staff was friendly too. Great experience!

Good food and good service. Would have been five stars but a little pricey in my opinion. Take that with a grain of salt though, I'm well aware that one must pay for good quality BBQ. I generally go in and order BBQ, hash, rice, Cole slaw and Mac & Cheese to go. I'll go back and recommend this place to all that want good southern BBQ. But I must say this, I have relatives in Hemingway S.C., oh yeah, those that know see where this is going. Best BBQ this side of the Mississippi River, Scott's BBQ in Hemingway. Google them. When I have time I will drive from Columbia to there just to bring their BBQ back home and I'm not the only one
